Our entry into the affordable standard draft resin market. RAPID resin is an affordable US made rigid resin perfect for rapidly printing enclosures, frames, fixturing, and detailed decorative objects. The very low viscosity formulation allows the resin to capture the finest details from the highest resolution machines on the market comparable to competing 6k and 8k resins. While not fully impact resistant, RAPID resins are generally more resilient than the typical standard resins. During the development of RAPID we tested the formulation on a wide range of Elegoo, Anycubic, Creality, Epax, and many other resin printer brands to confirm compatibility and benchmark basic resin printing settings which we provide to customers.
Applications where this resin thrives:
- Prototypes or draft models that need to be hard and rigid.
- Models that have highly detailed surface details.
- Applications like enclosures, mounts, and housings.
- Applications that needs a non conductive material with moderate insulating properties.
- Print that will be used to create molds using Tin Cure silicones (we've not tested with enough platinum cure silicones to verify that it does not inhibit cure).
Applications where this resin does not thrive:
- Applications where print is subjected to abrasion or erosive forces like water.
- Applications where print is subjected to temperatures above 70C and is expected not to deform.
- Applications where the print might be frequently dropped or subjected to impacts.
- Prints that will be exposed to high amounts of sunlight or other powerful sources of UV light.

- Direct food contact
- Oral contact (do not place in mouth)
- Chewing by people or pets
- Use in aquariums or terrariums
UV resin products remain unsafe for these purposes even when properly dried and cured. Do not create items that may be orally ingested or placed in animal habitats.

*Material properties vary based on geometry of the file, orientation of the print, print settings, temperature, and cleaning and post curing methods used.
* Data obtained from parts printed with a Elegoo Saturn 4 at 50um, cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner for 15 minutes, post cured a total of 5 minutes.
